In this exercise you will learn how to set up an (adult model) simulation for morphine PK and compare simulation results to observed data. You will then scale the simulation from adult to 6-year-old and newborn children. Finally, you will create a population simulation for morphine PK in children, define relevant age groups, and compare relevant PK Parameters (AUC and Cmax) for each age group.
