In this course, you will learn how to create simulations based on the compounds database of PK-Sim. You will simulate the PK of itraconazole and its metabolite hydroxy-itraconazole, both being substrates and inhibitors of the enzyme CYP3A4. Moreover, you will model the effect of itraconazole administration on the PK of midazolam.
