In this series of exercises, you will learn how to create a PBPK model of midazolam, a widely used sedative, approved as premedication before surgical interventions. More specifically you learn how to:
1. Utilize in vitro data 2. Perform sensitivity analysis of the model 3. Optimize the model with parameter identification 4. Compare simulation results with observed data
